Do you accept Discovery Health?
Yes — we are fully contracted to Discovery Health (Classic and Essential plans) and Bonitas Standard. You do not pay cash upfront on those options unless your scheme option carries an individual deductible. For all other schemes, settle cash or card at reception and we provide an electronic statement with tariff codes to claim back.
Can I get an appointment today for an acute illness?
Yes. We reserve two acute sick slots each morning until 10:00. Share your symptoms and contact number in the chat bubble and reception will immediately confirm the next open consultation window.
Do you do baseline medical examinations for employment?
Yes, we perform PrDP driver medicals and baseline occupational health assessments. Please bring the employer’s physical form. The cash rate is R850 unless your company is registered with our practice on account.
Can I get a repeat prescription without seeing the doctor?
For chronic medications previously prescribed by our doctors, book a 10-minute repeat script slot. Under HPCSA regulations, scripts cannot be issued without clinical review.
